Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach – Ruin is a highly anticipated free DLC expansion for the popular horror game, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach. Developed by Steel Wool Studios, this expansion takes players back to the eerie and dilapidated Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex.
In this expansion, players assume the role of Cassie, a loyal friend of Gregory, who is trapped within the ruins of the Pizzaplex. Armed with only a Faz-Wrench, a Roxy-Talky, and a peculiar bunny mask, Cassie must navigate the dark and dangerous pizzeria to rescue her friend and escape.
Fnaf Security Breach Ruin Platform and Release Date
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach – Ruin is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The expansion was released on July 25, 2023, and can be downloaded for free on Steam. In Ruin mode, the player takes control of Gregory as he tries to survive in the Pizzaplex after hours.
However, the Pizzaplex has been overrun by nightmarish animatronics, and Gregory must use all of his skills to survive. Ruin mode is a more challenging experience than the main game, and it offers new challenges and enemies. Players will need to be careful as they explore the Pizzaplex, as even the most familiar areas can be dangerous in Ruin mode.
Ruin mode is available as a free update for all owners of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach Story Along With The Gameplay
In Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach – Ruin, players embark on a thrilling adventure as Cassie, who ventures into the ruins of the Pizzaplex to rescue her trapped friend, Gregory. The story is intertwined with the main narrative of Security Breach, offering a fresh perspective on the events that unfold within the game universe.
The gameplay of Ruin follows the same free-roam exploration style as the base game, but with a twist. Unlike Security Breach, there are no hiding spots available, and players must rely solely on stealth and intelligence to outsmart the lurking dangers and solve puzzles. Ruin introduces the innovative AR World, accessible through the Security Mask, allowing players to explore areas that are usually inaccessible and breach security nodes.
A recent tweet is mentioned below about the gameplay-
Saw a friend play the new Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach Ruin DLC. And this is my favorite moment in all of FNAF.

Endings in FNAF Security Breach Ruin
Five Nights at Freddy’s games are known for their multiple endings, and Ruin is no exception. While Security Breach features six endings, Ruin offers three distinct endings: the Scooper ending, the Fazbear ending, and the normal ending.
Fnaf- The Normal Ending
To achieve the normal ending in FNAF Ruin, players must diligently follow Gregory’s instructions during the final moments of the game. As Cassie, you will receive guidance from Gregory through a walkie-talkie while being pursued by the mechanical monster known as the Mimic.
If you successfully follow Gregory’s directions, Cassie will escape the Mimic, reaching an elevator. However, Gregory unexpectedly cuts the elevator line, leaving Cassie’s fate uncertain.
Fnaf- The Scooper Ending
To unlock the Scooper ending in FNAF Ruin, players must complete all the mini-games within the expansion. Instead of following Gregory’s instructions, players must take a left when passing the green rocks on the floor.
This path leads Cassie to the control room, where she activates the Scooper. The Mimic attempts to attack through the window, but the Scooper intervenes, grabbing and pulling it away.
Fnaf- The Fazbear Ending
Achieving the Fazbear ending in FNAF Ruin requires a more intricate decision. While being pursued by the Mimic, players must stop upon reaching the green rocks on the floor and turn around. There, they will spot a cardboard cut-out of the cartoon character Freddy Fazbear. Approaching the cut-out, players must put on the Vanny Mask.
By choosing this option, an animation featuring Gregory, toy Freddy, and Vanessa enjoying ice cream outside is shown. Gregory assures Cassie that she is safe, reminiscent of the three-star Princess Quest Ending from the main Security Breach game.
